Stir Fry
Chicken:
- Chicken breast or thigh
- 3 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon oil
Velvet the chicken by mixing all together and letting sit for 15-30 minutes Cook chicken thoroughly and remove from heat.
Vegetables:
- Bell Pepper
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Mushrooms
Blanch veggies for about 1-2 minutes and cool in water to prevent cooking.
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tsp honey
Stir Fry
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- sesame seeds
- chili flakes
- green onion to garnish
Cook garlic and ginger till fragrant, add chicken and blanched veggies. Stir fry for 5 minutes until desired color is achieved Add sauce, garnish and serve
